A Star in The Rain

I woke up very early this morning to attend the dawn watch in our church. While waiting for other people to come in, I stood up and looked up at the sky. There in the sky, I saw only one star. That star is important to me because it's the only star in the sky.

The sky is like it's going to rain. I tried to widen up my eyes so that I can see it clearly. Sometimes the clouds are covering it and I am waiting for it so that I can see it again.

But I can't forget how it disappeared on my sight. It was moving slowly but I still saw it because I really focused on that star so I know it's position. It disappeared when it was covered by a big cloud and I waited to see it again but it's already gone because light is already coming.

This night while going home, I looked up at the sky again. I saw it one more time and again it is the only star from the sky. I know it's the same star this morning. I believe because they are the same.

This afternoon, I watched a movie. The tittle is "My Girl and I". It is a Korean movie. I like the part when they are at the middle of the typhoon and when night comes the typhoon's center was in that island. They saw the stars and the girl said that it's very rare to see stars while there is a storm.

I am so lucky to see that star. I know I am. Thank you Lord for giving a star like that.
