Love is my Homework!!!!

"Love is the pain that had no name."

This was my answer on my homework in our MAPEH Class last November 8, 2007.

I decided to write and encode this article on my blog because I can't sleep. I first wrote it on a yellow pad because I am making my assignment last night. I can't find my periodic table and I tried to search for it but instead of finding my periodic table I found my notes when I was still a 4th Year High School Student. It's already 1:15 am and instead of continuing my homework I wrote this article.

I got that line from a movie entitled Little Manhattan. I got plenty of lines there about Love which is my homework. It really helped me a lot so after watching that movie on a Sunday afternoon, I rushed to our computer to searched for the lines of the main character.

I don't have an idea why I watched this movie but Little Manhattan caught my attention on a video rental here in our city because my classmates who are also finding a movie about love for our assignments recommended me this movie.

I got teary eyes when I watched this movie. Especially on the part where the movies going to an end.

Maybe I saw myself to Gabe who first fall in love and caused him to can't sleep, can't eat, can't focus on things, always cries, tries to forget, nervous when that person is near, emotional when hurt and most of all cried when love ends.

I don't know why love ends but one thing that Gabe said is that:

"The truth is there's gonna be other girls (boys for me) out there.
I mean, I hope, but I'm never gonna get another first love.
That one's always gonna be her ( him for me)."

Back to my homework. After I found the lines or memorable lines in this movie, I got a copy of it. I don't know what happened next. I mean I know but I don't know the reason why.

The thing is I wrote a goodbye letter to my first love using my own lines and some lines from this movie. I decided to write a letter to him because we are already graduating. I tried to end up my feelings for him and remained as his classmate for the last five months but I failed. I can't stop my feelings.

After giving my letter to him, I asked if we could be friends and happily he replied yes but I know that that is just a lie. He told me that he will always be there but now he's not.

It's been 3 months since I last saw him and I'm happy because after letting him go I found someone who can fill up this emptiness and sadness in my heart.

I don't know if I already let go of my feelings for him because now that someone is the same as him. The same as him like both of them are tall, with eyeglasses, plays basketball, ignores me, hurts my feelings, drowns me and breaks my heart.

I don't know how to stop this feeling again because if I became so close to that someone then I will fall deeper and deeper and again I will be drowned with tears. I don't want to be hurt again.

I recommend this movie for those who have their first love and haven't been returned.

One thing I learned from love is that:

"Love SUCKS,
Love HURTS,
Love ENDS."

Love is an ugly, terrible business practiced by fools. It'll trample your heart and leave you bleeding on the floor. And what does it really get you in the end? Nothing but a few incredible memories that you can't ever shake.

It's amazing how quickly time moves. Just yesterday, I thought I loved her, but now, I don't even care about her at all.

Well, how come all love has to end?

But it wasn't that easy. I guess love never is.
